(TheConservativeNews.org) – The Federation for American Immigration Reform, which regularly tabulates the costs of illegal immigration, has put a price tag of $20.4 billion on providing “benefits and services” for the illegal immigrants being spread across the United States since Biden became president.

Meanwhile, we have the VP sitting down for an interview in a desperate attempt to spin the crisis away by saying the border is secure with zero conviction, “we have a secure border in that that is a priority for any nation,” Kamala said.

GOP Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa has had enough of the gaslighting saying, “I am dumbfounded that we have an administration that is ignoring the humanitarian crisis and the risk this poses to all communities across the United States as they allow those illegal immigrants to cross over the southern border and then release them into the interior.

“We know that there are folks on the terrorist watch list that have been apprehended. How many of them got away? I mean, these are concerns that we have with the fentanyl crisis, with human trafficking, with, of course, weapons trafficking.

“All of this is extremely concerning to everyday Americans as they see crime continue to rise all across the United States,” she said.

“Kamala Harris’ statement is laughable. I wish the vice president would actually go to the border and speak with CPB agents, the National Guard and Texas law enforcement to find out what is really going on,” she added.

During a recent appearance on Meet the Press Harris tried to claim the border was secure and whatever problems we do have are Trump’s fault.

This is what Kamala’s secure border looks like.

Besides the fentanyl crisis, human trafficking, and weapon trafficking, more tax payer money will go towards this crisis. President Joe Biden’s wave of economic migrants will cost Americans roughly $20 billion per year, says an estimate by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR).

The cost is “staggering,” said Dan Stein, president of FAIR. The diverted billions “could address some very important needs of the American public,” he said, such as:

Providing every homeless veteran in America $50,000 per year for a decade. This would effectively end veteran homelessness.

Giving every family in America earning $50k or less a grocery voucher of roughly $410.

Hiring more than 315,000 police officers to combat rising crime across the country.

Hiring of 330,000 new teachers, which would easily end the long-standing teacher shortage in America.

Construction of nearly the entire Southern Border Wall (which could prevent millions more illegal aliens from entering).

“These are the people President Biden pledged to champion. Instead, he is choosing to divert an additional $20.4 billion away from their needs, in order to fund a radical open borders agenda with no end in sight,” said Stein.
