Joe Biden Holds Overwhelming Number of Children in Custody

( – The extent of the Biden administration’s failure to exercise proper control over our southwest border has only recently started to become clear. Despite the initial refusal of President Joe Biden and his officials to admit anything untoward was happening at all, difficulties have been growing steadily for months now.

25,000 Unaccompanied Children

On Thursday, May 6, the Washington Examiner reported there were 25,000 unaccompanied migrant children in the custody of the US government. According to the article, this is an “all-time high.”

This, Republicans argue, is a direct result of Biden’s ultra-liberal immigration policies. The president issued eight immigration-related executive orders on his first day in office, all of which relaxed the rules around border control.

Where Do We Go From Here?

Unfortunately, projections show that this situation is going to get a lot worse before it gets better. Last month, Axios published a report on leaked Biden administration figures which estimate that as many as 26,000 unaccompanied children could be crossing the border monthly by September. For context, the most that crossed the border in a single month before this year was 11,475, in May 2019.

Trump vs Biden on the Border

Remember back in 2018, when the liberal mainstream media was awash with harsh complaints about Donald Trump and his administration’s alleged “children in cages” policy? Well, it turns out the situation under Joe Biden is much, much worse.

In June 2018, The Associated Press ran an article highlighting how children were being kept in cages, fed “bottles of water [and] bags of chips,” and given foil blankets to keep warm. Under President Biden, these same conditions have arisen, except that detention facilities are now crowded to breaking point.

Also, while the media, both social and traditional, were happy to lambast Trump for his supposed failure of a border policy, they’ve rushed to protect Joe Biden. In March, when Project Veritas shared pictures of an overstuffed border detention facility in Texas, Twitter censored the post, claiming the content was “potentially sensitive.”

So, there you have it. Our president is overseeing what could well become the worst border crisis in US history, but has yet to even visit a detention center. Mainstream media outlets, which should have been pushing for accountability from the beginning, are only starting to admit there’s a problem. Big Tech is actively protecting the president and his staff. Where will this madness end?
