(TheConservativeNews.org) – We have all pardoned people for things they’ve done, we call it “forgiving them.” But most of us won’t forgive someone for something until we’ve known the extent of what happened. No one walks around saying, “It doesn’t matter what you did, I forgive you!” And those things certainly don’t happen towards Trump, especially coming from the Democratic Party.
But James Comey thinks that the Biden should. Admittedly, it’s a bit of a strange statement, coming from a man who was once the top federal law enforcement agent, given that there is no indication at all that the Department of Justice has any plans on investigating Trump.

Mr. Comey added though that he’s not sure Mr. Trump, who fired him as FBI director in 2017 and has since denounced him as a deep-state saboteur, would accept a pardon as it would be an admission of guilt.
But “as part of healing the country and getting us to a place where we can focus on things that are going to matter over the next four years, I think Joe Biden is going to have to at least think about that,” Mr. Comey said.
