( – As a Joe Biden presidency is looking increasingly likely, some commentators have begun speculating about who he might appoint to various positions. Hillary Clinton’s name is one that has come up. On Friday, November 13, Josh Kraushaar posted the following tweet about the ex-First Lady.

Clinton, 73, served as secretary of state under Barack Obama from 2009-2013. She was also elected as a senator for New York from 2001-2009.

However, there’s more to international relations than experience. Some analysts have pointed to her hawkish history and questioned whether her tendency toward warmongering would make her unsuitable for an organization like the UN.

There’s also the possibility of corruption to consider. The FBI investigated The Clinton Foundation for alleged receipts of politically-motivated donations as recently as 2018.

It’s not yet clear whether Clinton is under serious consideration for this position. However, considering her questionable track record in leadership, she probably shouldn’t be.
