(TheConservativeNews.org) – No society can function if it fails to properly address the issue of crime. Some offenses may be harmful to victims or society at large, but could be forgiven if the perpetrator serves an appropriate sentence and undergoes suitable rehabilitation. Some crimes, though, are so awful they render the person who committed them a complete societal outcast. Sex offenses against children are at the top of that list for most law-abiding people.
It has emerged that such unspeakable crimes have recently been committed by employees of none other than Disney. On Tuesday, August 3, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd announced the arrest of 17 people on charges of attempted engagement in sexual activity with children. Three of these individuals worked at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
The individuals were apprehended after sending inappropriate messages to what they thought were 13-year-old “little girls and little boys.” However, they were actually in contact with clandestine police operatives. Sheriff Judd remarked that the content of the messages was so disturbing, he could not share it with the press. He did reveal that two of the Disney employees tried to engage in a group sexual encounter with a 13-year-old girl.
Remember, this is the same Disney that tried to show the world how virtuous it was earlier this year by firing actress Gina Carano over some off-color social media content.
